In practicing meditation, we’re not trying to live up to some kind of ideal – quite the opposite. We’re just being with our experience, whatever it is.

Pema Chödrön

rewild.

Many of us are feeling the demands of living a lifestyle full of pressures and expectations. As women we often put everyone else first and get so caught up in the busy, we end up on autopilot and feeling totally disconnected from ourselves. We end up wrung out and unfilfilled. Self care can often feel like another thing thing that we feel we 'should' be doing but haven't got time to commit to regularly, let alone wade through the conflicting messages of what self care actually looks like!

I hear you. I get that actually what many of us really want is a safe, supportive place where we can show up in all our messy wonder, have a bit of 'me time' and leave feeling better than when we arrived.

Welcome, beautiful woman, to rewild.

A weekly session (sessions are pay as you go, no obligation to come every week - you are welcome to drop in and out) led by women, for women, set in the beautiful surroundings of Cretingham County Park. A space for connection and relaxation where you will be guided through mindfulness and meditation practices in nature to support in calming the body and mind and creating space within for you to come back home to yourself. To your wild, instinctive nature.

There will be no judgement, and there is absolutely no right or wrong when it comes to this exploration of self. With compassion and curiosity we will work with  nature to deepen our connection to our own inner nature - listening to the stirrings within, creating space to explore our natural self.

Each session will start with a grounding as we shed the day that has gone before and come into our bodies and breath, followed by a longer guided mindfulness/meditation practice out on the land. After our practice there will be time in circle together around the fire, with herbal tea and nibbles as an opportunity for connection and sharing with other women.

During the darker/cooler months circle will be held in the Lakeside studio at waters edge, and as the days become lighter and evening warmth returns we will move outside to meadow and woodland.
