What if the key to our healing is not in the suppression of our symptoms, the exile of our 'bad' parts or the burying of our deep wounds., but in the cultivation of our innate human wholeness...
Wholeness that we are born with, but that becomes fragmented as we experience trauma, conditioning and the pressures of western culture.
The cultivation of our natural human wholeness, when embodied, allows us to hold our self in our woundedness, understand and embrace all that we are and create the rich, fertile soil from which we can thrive.
Ecotherapy is a powerful way to explore and cultivate your innate resources and work alongside nature as a guide to understand the self, and others more deeply.
During each session you will be guided through dialogue, self enquiry and nature based practices which could involve solo contemplations, somatic movement, nature based creativity, working with clay, mindfulness, visualisations and nervous system regulation.
These practices, along with my gentle holding, witnessing and guiding will support you to deepen your self awareness, make sense of difficult emotions and feelings, develop a fiercely compassionate and loving relationship to yourself and heal the deep wounds that keep you stuck in old patterns, responses and behaviours.
Ecotherapy is particularly effective for those living with anxiety, stress, a poor sense of well-being and those have experienced trauma. You will be held in a safe and nurturing space that respects your privacy whilst offering a range of possibilities for embodying and expressing difficult emotions and is not solely dependent on talking.

Looking for more creative way to engage your staff and support their wellbeing? Perhaps the conference room away days just aren't getting the most out of your team?
We can work with you to design a day of nature connection activities that can be tailored based on what's important to your organisation.
Choose from one of our sites across Suffolk (or we can come to you if you have an outdoor space) and decide from a range of options including: mindfulness, campfire cooking, wild movement, nature based art and forest bathing.
Please get in touch for chat about your day, prices and how ecotherapy can support your staff to be well and stay well.
We offer a complimentary 20 minute session by phone or on zoom to discuss your needs and to explore together which path of ecotherapy is right for you. No obligation to book, but a great opportunity to discover how we could help you reconnect with yourself and embrace your journey of healing through deep nature connection. Simply drop us a message stating you'd like to book your call and I will be in touch to arrange at a time convenient to you. I work all over Suffolk, and have a range of beautiful, natural spaces to hold sessions in.
Due to the time involved in curating your experience, I do not offer refunds on booked sessions. I do, however, understand that life happens and things pop up which mean plans may need to change. With that in mind I am happy to offer a reschedule of one to one appointments providing 24 hours notice is given.
For events and workshops no refunds are offered, however there may be an option to roll over your booking to an alternative session. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required and this is dependant on the event and if I can fill your space.
With gratitude for your understanding and cooperation.
