I'm so glad you found your way here. What is it that you seek?
Perhaps,
You are feeling lost and looking for guidance
You are familiar with feelings of anxiety and low mood and are struggling to make sense of, or work through these emotions
You seek community, and spaces to belong exactly as you are
You are ready to welcome home your true nature and reclaim your wholeness
You want to deepen your meaningful connection to yourself and others, learning how to work alongside nature to support your health and wellbeing
You are searching for your meaning and purpose within the 'noise' of societies broken systems
Maybe you are simply curious.
Whatever has brought you here, you are so very welcome. This is the first step of a beautiful journey where, together, we will listen.
With compassion, honesty and open heartedness we will gather up the threads of what needs to be met, heard, seen and welcomed back home.
Its a road I have, and continue to travel...
Before I began my own journey of healing and returning to wholeness I spent many years feeling locked out of a secret garden. Round and round the walls I went, knowing what i needed was on the other side.
I was lonely, unfulfilled, empty.
I sought solace in unhealthy habits, unhealthy relationships, over working, and isolating myself from true connection. My boundaries were weak, anxiety was high. I was lost. Shame was a comfortable friend.
Nature was my constant, she showed up for me every day in abundant beauty with endless compassion. Fire soothed my soul, the earth on my fingertips stirred something ancient within me, the wind called me into wild abandon. As I deepened my connection to her, I began to hear myself. She offered herself up as mirror, metaphor and guide and I started to listen, to make different choices, to explore my wounding and learn what I needed to be able heal.
The secret garden I was locked out of was my true self, and it's through this deep work of healing, returning to wholeness and growth that I now have the key.
I'm grateful to have studied with leaders in the field and have completed Level 4 Advanced Pathway in Eco-psychology and Nature Based practice with Natural Academy. This, combined with my many years of professional experience, a background in designing and delivering award-winning health and education programmes and my own lived experience has brought me this beautiful life's work of offering a range of ecotherapy, nature based healing and soul journey experiences in nature.
I am a member of the Nature and Health Practitioners Network, UK's professional body for the field of ecopsychology, ecotherapy and therapist nature based practitioners.
Working across a variety of natural spaces in Suffolk, my focus is to help humans heal, reconnect with themselves, become aware of the inner resources they have to be well and live a deeply fulfilling life. By rediscovering our connection to the earth, and working with nature, as a part of nature, I guide people through a journey of discovery, growth and healing. Through this journey of nature connection we enter into a reciprocal relationship with the earth that supports her healing journey as well as our own.
I work with people on a 1-1 basis through my practice of ecotherapy, and curate sessions to meet you exactly where you are.
More and more I am being called to work with women; remembering, reclaiming, rewilding. Returning home to our wild hearts. I offer unique and beautiful experiences that connect women back to their natural self through my Rewilding for Women courses, circles and immersions.
"I just wanted to say a great big thankyou for our beautiful session. I felt so incredibly reminded and reconnected when I left. I felt full of fresh, life giving air, rooted deeply in the earth and expanded into the wind.
I also couldn’t stop thinking about that land. How abundant it was in its winter. How majestic the birch wood was. How the Robins appeared, the deer and the buzzards. How supported we are when we take the time to look.
So thank you for welcoming me so warmly and guiding me through those few hours. I found the time really affirming...In my memory of the day you were much a part of the land - almost like an interim translator whilst I remembered how to converse with her myself. Thank you for the practices - they were really beautiful and so powerful."
